About the event

This workshop is for those experiencing anxiety, depression or low mood, low energy or motivation, hyper-arousal, poor sleep, or chronic stress, and are looking to change how they feel.

Do you know what your Nervous System is and how it impacts your mind and body? Understanding the components that go in to optimal mental health is crucial for gaining freedom from the things that drag us down and hold us back. We will spend the first part of the workshop learning about just that, what the Nervous System is, how it works, and how it can work for us, or against us. We will then learn practical take-away tools and techniques to influence and alter the state of our Nervous System, using the breath. The workshop will finish with a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, where we will use the breath to enter a meditative state of consciousness, leaving us feeling resourced and replenished.

This is a space for science meeting spirituality, so come prepared for a little bit of everything <3

This workshop is lead by Ade, a Somatic Therapist, Psychosynthetic Psychotherapist in training, biohacking nerd and lover of knowledge.
